‡@ Must be a member of [SNN] Shin-Nikkeijin Network (Philippine side) and
[SNS] (Recruit organization or Manpower Factory Demand) Japan side.
‡A SNS Member will submit the information to SNN as follows:
- Plan implementation, Job offer acceptance sheet and employment contract.
- Company Profile details thru vedio or CD, etc. and study term program
of the Philippines.
‡B SNN will give all job information`s to the members and travel preparation.
‡C SNN Company members must join with study tours, to be able to illustarate to them the company`s profile, job description and living conditions (apartment or dormitory) through pictures and video cameras. After that, if interested and qualified, SNN member can apply to the said company. SNN will make prior arrangements for interview.
‡E After confirmation of the said selected applicants, SNN will process
necessary documents and getting of Teiju Visa such as the following;
- Member/Applicant Passport
- Application of Visa (Japan)
‡F After processing such documents and submission of application, SNN will folow up to Japan Embassy or Consular Office of Japan with the cooperation of SNS regarding the development of visa and date of release.
‡G It is a prerequisite that SNN members (mother & child) must study Japanese Conversation School for 100 hours (about 2 months) and may proceed to Home Helper and Care-giver training for about 3 months.
‡H SNN will conduct an examination to the members and it is a compulsory to pass the exam.
‡I SNN will confirm to SNS Organization the date of releasing visa to the qualified members and also to SNN members.
‡J After all the preparations, SNS will send cash advance to SNN for travel expenses and member`s salary cash advance, etc.
‡K SNS will introduce their Company or Organization to the Shin-Nikkeijin mother and child and orient them as well as their living conditions (dormitory/apartment) and airport arrival (pick up) in Japan. However, SNN will provide interpreter to SNS, if required.
